• A few reasons why I did Boot Camp was to get myself into shape, not only physically, but also mentally. Being an athlete most of my life I thought this couldn’t be much different than the training I did for other sports. Well to be honest it was much harder and at one point I almost gave up and tried to find an excuse to quit. But as Jesse explains “ you crave it” and that’s what happened I wanted to get out there and prove to myself that I could keep up. Every time I finished a workout I felt better, I looked better and I was a little prouder of myself. It motivated me to show up and be on time every single day. It is a great thing to have I plan to continue with it and would recommend P.H.A.T training and Jesse without reservation because he has made a difference in my life; I look forward to workouts even if they are by myself. He teaches you workouts you can do on your own, anywhere, anytime. He has given me tools to stay fit for the rest of my life.

    Thanks Jesse.

  • I just wanted to say that unfortunately I am not going to be able to go into boot camp again . With school and work I think that it would be just a bit too much. But I want you to know how much of a positive impact boot camp had on me this summer. It was maybe one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences I have ever had. There is no way that I could have ever pushed myself to those limits and you knew the right way to motivate me. Soooooo... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Have a great day and good luck with the upcoming set of camps!
