The new year is here and PHAT is excited to be offering the following new programs:


Group fitness is an excellent alternative to one on one training. P.T.I gives you the ability to connect with like-minded individuals on a quest to better health. Our camps and programs generate results, and guarantee fun without all the yelling and bravado of those military boot camps. In addition to the traditional boot camps, we offer much much more.

Kick Phat

Get in shape and be able to protect yourself? sounds fantastic!!

Join Karim as he runs a 4 week long KickBoxing Class in our north (sta) side location.
Tues/Thurs – starting Feb 25, 2010. (6:00pm/7:15pm)

Cost is $160 for 4 weeks.

St Albert Spin
Every Tues/Thurs at 4:30pm we will be running a spin class at our St Albert location. The next 6 week class will start Tues Jan 5th (however, one can join at anytime during the year).  The punch card can be purchased for this class as well. Punch cards are 15/class or 150.00 bucks for the whole card.  A 6 week class is 120.00 (10/classs – click here to be redirected to payment page) Please call to reserve your spot in this class, as space is limited.

Spring Fitness Camps

Our most popular group fitness class.  We frequent Ezio Farone Park in the heart of Edmonton. As one of the original outdoor fitness crews we have ample variety in our methods to a better you.  Don’t worry about a military attitude, our Olympic level trainers ensure that results can be reached without ridicule!
