P.H.A.T. Training's main objective is to aid in facilitating active and healthy lifestyles in all people, all shapes and sizes. Sometimes there are larger concerns than washboard "abs" and rock hard "glutes". The emphasis need be on feeling great about waking up every morning and experiencing a life full of joy, void of self doubt, and regret - a PHAT day! No matter what your goal (speed, weight-loss, strength, toning, maintenance, cardio, etc.) our number one concern on our way to reaching it is health and safety.
We hope that people will place a greater amount of importance on a healthy balanced lifestyle; and through that will become more tolerant, strong, resistant, and happy. P.H.A.T. Training hopes to aid in changing people lives by unlocking the desire to be healthy in us all. There is no better time than now to get P.H.A.T.!
