Family Fit
Finally, an opportunity for son, daughter, mother and/or father to create a healthy lifestyle together. Join us as we learn the fundamentals of exercise and stretching in our Family Fit course. Whether you are a single mother/father or a family of ten; we have created an opportunity to engrave healthy life choices in your children while practicing what you preach at the same time! By infusing the unadulterated glee of our children and our desire to work hard, we've created a fun and effective way for the whole family to stay fit.
Price: Adults 300.00 or 160.00 (half camp) Kids FREE (under 10 - otherwise 50.00 each & 30.00 for half camp)

Boot Camp
These boot camps are designed to make you sweat and push yourself to limits you never thought possible. You will learn what it takes to be an Olympic level athlete in your body and mind! We will do what no gym alone could ever do for you. Each member will have two 1 on 1 sessions with our life coach throughout the course to discuss progress, balance, and any other pertinent issues. These courses are available in a co-ed, or women's only environment

My First Boot Camp (9-15 - parental consent)
My First Boot Camp is designed for those that are interested in embarking on a healthy and active lifestyle. By giving the motivation and inspiration needed to encourage this important step; we will, in turn, be creating healthy patterns that will last a life time. With "enjoyment" being at the center of our course, the "My First Boot Camp" team will learn that fitness and fun go hand-in-hand. The fundamentals of movement (running, sprinting, jumping, stretching, etc.) will be covered. Infused, will be challenges and coaching that help to develop a strong mind in the face of many everyday challenges. This is the push that some children and young teens may need to jumpstart their active lifestyles!

Advance Camp Exercising (A.C.E.)
A.C.E. is the boot camp of boot camps. This course is designed for the athlete that needs an extra push through their current plateau. It is recommended that you are currently exhibiting an active lifestyle before embarking on this one. We will take cardio and strength to new levels, while still coaching and training the mind. Sprinting, jogging, plyometrics, free-running, gymnastics are some of the areas that the programs will pull from. If you want a challenge - this is the one for you!

P.H.A.T. Training understands that people that play together, stay together. That is why we offer specialized corporate boot camps that guarantee to boost moral, lower turnover, and ensure that your employee's understand that the company they work for cares about them. The camps are designed to push the individual to new limits, while also infusing teambuilding skills that transfer directly to the workplace. This is a wonderful way to create a healthier and more productive workplace.
