What We Do
PHAT Training’s main objective is to aid in facilitating active and healthy lifestyles in all people, all shapes and sizes. Sometimes there are larger concerns than washboard “abs” and rock hard “glutes”. The emphasis need be on feeling great about waking up every morning and experiencing a life full of joy, void of self doubt, and regret – a PHAT day! No matter what your goal (speed, weight-loss, strength, toning, maintenance, cardio, etc.) Our number one concern on our way to reaching it is health and safety.
We hope that people will place a greater amount of importance on a healthy balanced lifestyle; and through that will become more tolerant, strong, resistant, and happy. P.H.A.T. Training hopes to aid in changing people lives by unlocking the desire to be healthy in us all. There is no better time than now to get P.H.A.T.!
Personal training is one of the most effective ways to reach your goals. By getting PHAT personal training, you are receiving more than just a little push; you will be educated, and transformed into the person you commit to becoming.
P.H.A.T. Training has been "boot camping" in the city of Edmonton since 2003. Our classes run summer, spring, fall and winter both indoor and outdoor. The creativity and thought put into each leaves our clients with a fun, result guaranteeing program sure to bring them and their friends back for more.
The PHAT Corporate Initiative is our attempt to share the gift of fitness with as many organizations as we can. The basic principle is that we will come to YOU and provide you and your staff with a program designed specifically for your needs. Our main goal is to improve every client’s quality of life.
