“Prioritizing Health and Tolerance”
P.H.A.T. Training’s main objective is to aid in facilitating active and healthy lifestyles in all people, all shapes and sizes. Sometimes there are larger concerns than washboard “abs” and rock hard “glutes”. The emphasis need be on feeling great about waking up every morning and experiencing a life full of joy, void of self doubt, and regret – a PHAT day! No matter what your goal (speed, weight-loss, strength, toning, maintenance, cardio, etc.) our number one concern on our way to reaching it is health and safety.
We hope that people will place a greater amount of importance on a healthy balanced lifestyle; and through that will become more tolerant, strong, resistant, and happy. P.H.A.T. Training hopes to aid in changing people lives by unlocking the desire to be healthy in us all. There is no better time than now to get P.H.A.T.!
Southside Phat
Southiside Phat is a privite personal training studio that focuses on the one-on-one clioent trainer relations. We do offer a few group fitness classes (kick phat & e glide… pls contact us for more info on these) however our main goal is to take the reigns of our clients and steer them into better bodies and healthier lives. There are no set hours of operation as the trainers work when the clients need.
St.Albert Phat
St.Albert Phat is tucked neatly on the second floor of Bellrose Composite High School. It offers the benefits of a larger studio, including spin classes, larger workout space. Currently our hours of operations are:
M-F: 8:00am-4:00-9:00pm (appt only)
Sat & Sun: appt only
*our hours will change and expand as demand increases
