Competition Begins April 1st, 2009 -

The Skinny:

Contestants will be required to:

- Purchase a 24 pack of sessions
- Train with PHAT Trainer minimum 3 times a week
- Write a testimonial of the experience

Each Contestant will receive:

An enrollment gift basket filled with hundreds of dollars of prizes from our sponsors.

& a professional before and after photo shoot with Vinsom Lim Photography

Winners will be determined by a panel of PHAT judges working off of the following criteria:

- Weight Loss ( Body Fat )
- Weight Gain ( Muscle Gain/Body Fat Loss )
- Overall Appearance
- Testimonial
- Goal Acquisition

Grand Prize – Trip for 2 to LAS VEGAS ( and more )
2nd & 3rd Place – TBA
